Hi Guys! Welcome to my blog!  I was recently talking to a buyer who said they loved this home that we viewed but there was just something about the living area that didn’t feel like “home” and as we discussed it further it became apparent that it all hinged around the issue of the fireplace which she especially disliked.  We talked about simple ways to change the appearance of the area that she disliked and found that a “German smear” technique was all it took to make it a fire place area that she loved and felt like home.  Here are a few thoughts when viewing homes that could make a home you really like into your dream home-

From a small kitchen or bathroom renovation or redesign to a overhaul and full flip you can change anything about a home except for the location!  If you find your home but there are a couple things that you think would irritate you get creative on how you can change the “look” within your budget constraints.  Carefully consider design ideas that will project your style in ways that are manageable and budget friendly.  Sometimes just checking out Pinterest boards or other home design blogs can give you fresh ideas that can easily change the appearance of the parts of your new home that you dislike!
